Sports data and portraits
Statistics, logos, game footage, portraits and athlete likenesses can have intellectual property and publicity restrictions. Publicly accessible feeds are not necessarily authorized for commercial reuse. PuckDrafts must check provider agreements and obtain required licenses before enabling data feeds or copyrighted photos.
Commissioner-entered rosters
IIHF, college and Olympics player pools submitted by commissioners are user-provided and not verified official tournament rosters. Their existence does not imply that live fantasy scoring is available.
Copyright reports
A monitored contact for infringement notices and an appropriate notice-and-takedown procedure must be supplied before allowing user-submitted copyrighted media. U.S. DMCA considerations require individual legal review.
No cash prize or wagering
This development release does not operate paid fantasy contests, betting or cash-prize promotions. Such features require their own legal and jurisdictional review.

Before public launch, supply the verified operator name, legal contact information, effective date, appropriate business address/contact method and final reviewed governing-law notices.
